These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by SAFA Global Solutions (the "Company", "we", "us") relating to online certification, assessments, training and issuance of ISO-certified digital certificates ("Services"). By enrolling, making payment, or using our Services you accept and agree to these Terms.

1. Services & Eligibility

  • What we provide: paid skill courses, online timed assessments, proctored identity checks, result processing and issuance of ISO-certified digital certificates with unique verification IDs.
  • Eligibility: You must provide accurate personal information during registration and comply with our identity verification steps. Minors must have guardian consent where applicable.

2. Payments & Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

All payments for courses and exam fees are processed via Razorpay (a third-party payment gateway). By making a payment you agree to Razorpay's terms, and acknowledge that:

  • We do not store card, UPI or full banking details on our servers.
  • Razorpay handles the payment authorization, settlement and refunds (where applicable) according to their policies.
  • Razorpay (or our acquiring bank) may require KYC or additional documents for large transactions or as part of anti-fraud checks. The Company may coordinate with you to provide any required documents to Razorpay or the bank.
  • If Razorpay declines or flags a payment, enrollment will not be confirmed until a successful cleared payment is received.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Non-refundable nature: Fees for online assessments and certification are generally non-refundable because access to digital content, test credentials and administrative overheads are provisioned immediately on enrollment.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be considered (a) if the Company cancels an exam or course and cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, or (b) where a material technical failure on our side prevents the candidate from reasonably taking the exam and we cannot offer an equivalent alternative. In such cases refunds will be processed after verification.
  • Refund process: Approved refunds will be routed through Razorpay (or the original payment method). Processing time after approval: usually 7–14 business days depending on the bank / card issuer.
  • Chargebacks: In case of chargebacks/disputes initiated via your bank or card issuer, we may pause your certificate issuance and perform an investigation. Repeated chargebacks may lead to permanent account suspension.

4. Identity Verification & Anti-Fraud

To protect certificate integrity, exams may include ID verification (photo ID, live proctoring, webcam/recording). Any evidence of cheating, impersonation, or fraud will result in cancellation of exam results, withholding of certificates, and may be reported to authorities. We reserve the right to take legal action for violations.

5. Certificate Issuance & Verification

  • On successful completion, certificates are issued digitally with a unique verification ID.
  • Employers or third parties can verify authenticity through our verification portal or by contacting support.
  • We may revoke certificates if later evidence proves misconduct or fraudulent activity.

6. Data Privacy & Retention

We collect personal data required for registration, identity verification, exam delivery, and certificate issuance. We process data in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. By using our Services you consent to such processing. If you need data deletion or portability, contact support and we will respond in accordance with applicable law and our retention rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of income or reputation, arising from use of the Services, technical failures, or disruptions. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the relevant Service in the 90 days preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, exam questions, marks, certificates, logos and materials provided by SAFA Global Solutions are our intellectual property or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or publish any material without written consent.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
